- The PIN is verified in real time before providing any sensitive information
- Without a valid PIN, the assistant provides only general public information

At the beginning of the call, the AI assistant MANDATORILY requests the client's personal 6-digit PIN. Only after positive PIN verification (PIN match with caller number), can the assistant provide information on contracts, coverage limits, expiry dates, and send documents. This ensures that only the legitimate policyholder can access sensitive information.
If you do not remember your PIN, the assistant will be able to send the PIN to the email address registered in the system. It is not possible to access personal information without a valid PIN, to protect your privacy and security.
Once authenticated with the PIN, you can consult: list of all active policies, expiry dates, coverage limits, deductibles, premiums paid, specific clauses, and accessory guarantees.
After PIN authentication, you can request sending via email of: policy copies, insurance certificates, contract conditions, and more. The assistant automatically sends the requested documents to the email address registered in the system.
The AI assistant is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call at any time to consult your policies, request documents, or other. The PIN authentication system guarantees security even during night-time access.
