No, minutes included in monthly plans do not roll over. You receive a fresh package of minutes each month. Extra minutes beyond the included quota are charged at the indicated per-minute cost.
"Concurrent calls" indicates the maximum number of calls your assistant can handle simultaneously. For example, with 2 concurrent calls, two different people can call at the same moment and both will be served.
Yes, in the Trial and Freedom plans you can use your personal API Keys for LLM and Voice providers. This way you pay the provider directly and have full control over API costs.
