With AI4CALL you can create an AI phone assistant starting from your company website. In the portal, open Text assistants, click Create from site with AI and enter your website address. The AI analyzes your pages, prepares the company profile, writes the prompt and instructions, sets up voice and tools, and assigns a demo number you can call right away. What is the Create from site with AI feature?

Create from site with AI is the guided wizard in the AI4CALL portal that generates a demo assistant from your company's website address. The platform reads your pages, recognizes services and products, and turns company information into data ready for review. That data becomes the knowledge the assistant draws on when answering.

Step 1: open Text assistants and start creating from your site

From the portal's side menu, open Text assistants. Here you'll find the table of assistants in your account, with name, API key, virtual number, model, speech recognition and voice.

In the top right corner, the Create from site with AI button opens the Create your demo assistant with artificial intelligence window. The first step asks for your company website address: type it in and confirm with Analyze site. The Cancel button next to it closes the window without creating anything.

Step 2: smart website analysis and company profile

Once you confirm, the smart website analysis starts: the platform reads your pages, recognizes your services and products, and generates the assistant's knowledge.

When the analysis is complete, you see the company profile, a structured summary of the information the assistant bases its answers on. It includes:

• Company name, industry and description
• What the company does, target customers and strengths
• Services and products, with details and price lists
• Office hours, phone and email
• The knowledge to use in answers

Every field is editable. Now is the time to check the data and fix whatever needs fixing: the assistant will answer with the information you approve here. When the profile is correct, click Next.

Step 3: turn on call transcription by email

The next step covers email transcription, the feature that sends you the text of the conversation at the end of every call. When you turn on the switch, the platform connects the email tool and enables transcript delivery to the address you enter.

Enter the email address and confirm with Create assistant from website. From then on, every call the assistant handles also reaches you in writing.

Step 4: automatic assistant build and demo number

The platform now builds the assistant: it creates the configuration, prompt, voice and tools, connects voice and model, and prepares the demo number. When the assistant is ready, the number to call appears: put it to the test straight away with a real phone call.

Configuration: virtual number, SIP extension and trunk

After closing the window, you land on the assistant's edit page. The Configuration tab shows the virtual number, SIP extension, trunk and demo numbers already assigned. The summary on the right shows the status of numbers, tools, transcription, model, speech recognition and voice.

Prompt: first message and system instructions already written

In the Prompt tab, the AI has already written the first message and the system instructions: the texts that define how the assistant introduces itself and runs the conversation, covering identity, role, conversation goal and company knowledge. Everything stays editable: refine the text and save the assistant when you're happy with it.

Click Back to assistants to return to the list. Your new assistant sits in the first row, created in a few minutes from nothing but your website.

Yes. You can edit every field in the company profile before you continue. After creation, the first message and system instructions also stay editable in the Prompt tab.
