Purchase Telephone Numbers
BEEVOIP numbers are dedicated telephone numbers that you can assign to your AI assistants.
Activation Procedure
- Click on + REQUEST NUMBER
- Fill out the form:
- Requested Prefix: select the desired geographic prefix among the 232 available
- Identity Document: upload a valid document of the holder
- Chamber of Commerce Registration: upload the company's chamber of commerce registration
- Company Utility Bill: upload a utility bill or contract in the company's name
- Click on SEND REQUEST
⏱️ The request will be sent to our team for approval. We will contact you within 48 business hours.
Documents are required to comply with legal obligations for telephone number assignment.
Monthly cost per purchased number: € 3.50 plus VAT
Number Assignment
Once BEEVOIP has approved and activated your request:
- You will receive a confirmation email with details of the assigned number
- The number will be automatically available in the Numbers menu → PURCHASED NUMBERS tab
Yes, you can reassign the number to a different assistant at any time from the "AI4CALL NUMBERS" → "Routing" menu.
No, an assistant can have only one direct number. If you need multiple numbers for the same service, duplicate the assistant.
Direct numbers do not support transfer. You need to configure the assistant on your existing PBX or create an IVR + assistant + operators architecture.
Yes, contact AI4CALL support to activate the number portability procedure.
