Maximum 3. This limit cannot be exceeded.

No. Only single IPs in "x.y.z.w" format are allowed.

No. FQDNs are not supported; the system only accepts IP addresses.

They must be public and reachable from AI4CALL. Private IPs (RFC 1918) are rejected.

? What happens if I enter a wrong IP?

SIP traffic from/to that IP will not be accepted and calls will fail. Always verify and test the entered address.

? Is it possible to have backup IPs?

Yes, as long as they stay within the limit of 3.

? Does the whitelist apply only to SIP signaling or also to RTP media?

Only to SIP signaling (port 5060 UDP). RTP traffic is routed on separate ranges and does not require whitelisting.
