Two Types of Profiles
AI4CALL offers two types of Profiles: "Pay-as-you-go" (Freedom) for maximum flexibility and "Package-based" (Boost and Scale) for predictable volumes. Choose the one that best suits your needs.
The two types compared
⚡ "Pay-as-you-go" Profile (Freedom)
You only pay for what you use. Per-second billing with detailed invoicing for each service. Perfect for those needing maximum configuration freedom and wanting to choose every service component with total autonomy.
📦 "Package-based" Profiles (Boost and Scale)
Fixed monthly fee with included minutes. Predictable costs and simplified rates. Ideal for constant usage and defined budgets.
"Pay-as-you-go" Profile - Freedom
Maximum flexibility with billing based on actual usage. Purchase the necessary simultaneous channels and pay for services according to usage.
You choose!
Simultaneous channels
Choose profiles with 1, 2, 5 or 10 channels based on concurrent calls to manage. Each channel = one conversation at a time.
You choose!
Voice provider
Billed per minute. Cost varies based on chosen provider (Azure, Google, ElevenLabs) and language used.
You choose!
The LLM model
Token billing: input (understanding) and output (response generation) separated. You can use GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini according to specific needs.
You choose!
Advanced settings
Ability to configure sampling parameters used in LLM models to control how creative or deterministic responses are (temperature, top p, top k, frequency penalty, presence penalty, stop sequences).
You choose!
Pre-Call
Ability to execute Custom Tools and Plugins (MCP) before forwarding the call to the AI Assistant so you can inject custom data directly into the system prompt at the start of the Assistant's conversation.
"Package-based" Profiles - Boost and Scale
Monthly plans with included minutes and simplified rates. Predictable fixed costs.
Included minutes
Each package includes a monthly minute allowance for conversations. Minutes include TTS, ASR, LLM and traffic.
Additional minutes
Beyond included minutes? Extra minutes have a predefined per-minute cost based on the plan used.
Simultaneous channels
Calls manageable concurrently. Base packages include 1 or 2 channels.
For "package-based" plans ("Scale" and "Boost")
Cost is calculated per minute based on the duration of the individual phone call according to prices and terms of use.
Per-minute cost includes:
- TTS, ASR, LLM (GPT-4o), Google Voices
- Usage of Plugin Tools (all calls to Plugin MCP servers)
- RAG usage
Not included in "package-based" plans:
- Costs for creating "RAG Collections": € 0.00000035 plus VAT per token
- Costs of paid Plugins: e.g., AI4CALL SMS
- Outbound call costs with AI4CALL Trunk: € 0.012 plus VAT per minute
- AI4CALL number costs: € 3.00 plus VAT per month
- Plugin test costs: € 0.000004 plus VAT per input token, € 0.000014 plus VAT per output token
For "package-based" plans ("Scale" and "Boost")
Functionalities not included for AI Assistant configuration:
- Pre-Call
- Advanced LLM model settings
It depends on your usage: the pay-as-you-go profile (Freedom) is ideal if you want maximum configuration freedom and variable costs, while package-based profiles (Boost and Scale) are designed for stable volumes and predictable budgets.
Yes. The pay-as-you-go profile is designed for those who want to control every aspect of the service: simultaneous channels, voice providers, LLM model, advanced parameters and Pre-Call logic.
Yes, you can switch from one profile to another based on the evolution of your project, choosing each time the model that best suits your operational and budget needs.
Boost and Scale profiles offer simplified configuration: they do not include advanced functionalities like Pre-Call and customized LLM parameters, to ensure stability and predictable costs.
Yes. Package-based profiles are ideal for always-on AI assistants, contact centers, or scenarios with regular traffic and cost planning needs.
Yes. With the Freedom profile you can freely select voice providers, LLM models and related settings, adapting the assistant to specific or multilingual use cases.
Depends on the profile: in packages channels are predefined, while in the pay-as-you-go profile you can choose the number of channels most suitable for concurrent call load.
Yes. Boost and Scale profiles are a simple and immediate solution to get started, without having to configure every single technical component.
Not necessarily, but it is recommended for users who want more in-depth control over the AI assistant's behavior and its components.
